Von Levico Terme aus erreicht man Calceranica (km 5), von wo aus man auf der sch\u00f6nen Panoramastra\u00dfe mit Blick auf den Caldonazzo-See nach Bosentino hinauff\u00e4hrt. Nach Bosentino \u00f6ffnet sich die Hochebene von Vigolana, die im S\u00fcden vom Vigolana-Massiv (2150 m) und im Norden vom Monte Marzola (1735 m) begrenzt wird. An der Kreuzung mit der Provinzstra\u00dfe von Fricca<\/p>\n

Wir biegen links ab und steigen nach Vattaro (km 13) durch das bewaldete Centa-Tal zum Fricca-Pass (1.110 m) hinauf und erreichen Carbonare (km 27) und das Gebiet der Hochebenen von Folgaria, Lavarone und Luserna mit ihrer charakteristischen H\u00fcgellandschaft, in der sich Nadel- und Buchenw\u00e4lder mit ausgedehnten Wiesen abwechseln. W\u00e4hrend des Ersten Weltkriegs waren die Hochebenen Schauplatz zahlreicher Zusammenst\u00f6\u00dfe und Schlachten, wovon die \u00f6sterreichisch-ungarischen Festungen und die Kriegsfriedh\u00f6fe von Slaghenaufi in Bertoldi und Luserna in Costalta zeugen.<\/p>\n

In Carbonare biegen wir nach Folgaria (km 6,5) ab, einem Sommer- und Wintersportort mit zahlreichen Skiliften. Kurz nach Folgaria, wenn man in Richtung Calliano und Etschtal hinunterf\u00e4hrt, kommt man an eine Abzweigung nach Guardia, einem kleinen Dorf, das sich an die H\u00e4nge des Monte Finonchio schmiegt und sich durch die Wandmalereien auszeichnet, die haupts\u00e4chlich im naiven Stil die Fassaden der H\u00e4user schm\u00fccken. Hier lebte und arbeitete Cirillo Grott, Maler, Bildhauer und Dichter, dessen Haus-Atelier heute besichtigt werden kann. Zur\u00fcck auf der Staatsstra\u00dfe Nr. 350 geht es bergab, vorbei an Mezzomonte di Sopra e di Sotto und Dietrobeseno, und wir erreichen Calliano (km 12 von Folgaria). \nLavarone (km 32), ein Sommer- und Wintertourismuszentrum, das sich aus vielen kleinen Weilern zusammensetzt, die die Namen der alten Familien tragen, die sie bewohnten. In der N\u00e4he der Ortschaft Chiesa liegt der Lavarone-See. In der N\u00e4he des Ortsteils Cappella befindet sich Forte Belvedere. Das Fort, heute ein Museum, ist einen Besuch wert.<\/p>\n

An der Abzweigung Monterovere steigt die Stra\u00dfe nach rechts an und f\u00fchrt in 6 km nach Luserna (1.333 m), einer alloglottischen Sprachinsel, auf der das alte zimbrische Idiom, eine mittelalterliche germanische Sprache, gesprochen wird.<\/p>\n

Weiter durch Weiden und W\u00e4lder erreichen wir die
\nPasso V\u00e9zzena (km 43) m.1.417, wo sich die unendliche Weite der Weiden und W\u00e4lder der gleichnamigen Hochebene \u00f6ffnet, die mit Malghe f\u00fcr die Sommerweide des Viehs \u00fcbers\u00e4t ist. Hier werden bekannte Milchprodukte hergestellt, darunter der Vezzena“-K\u00e4se. Im Winter bietet das Gebiet unz\u00e4hlige Langlaufloipen und Schneeschuhwanderwege. Es ist m\u00f6glich, zum Cima Vezzena (1908 m), auch Pizzo di Levico genannt, und zum Cima Manderiolo (2.051 m) zu wandern.<\/p>\n

Es besteht die M\u00f6glichkeit, auf demselben Weg nach Levico Terme zur\u00fcckzukehren oder bis zur Abzweigung nach Monterovere (km 46) zur\u00fcckzukehren und auf der Provinzstra\u00dfe von Monterovere, die auch als „Menador“, „Pegolara“ oder „Kaiserj\u00e4gerweg“ bekannt ist, abzusteigen, einer Milit\u00e4rstra\u00dfe aus dem Ersten Weltkrieg. Die Stra\u00dfe, die in Haarnadelkurven abw\u00e4rts f\u00fchrt, ist an einigen Stellen eng und steil in den Fels gebaut und daher f\u00fcr Schwindelfreie nicht zu empfehlen. Wir erreichen Caldonazzo (km.61) und dann Levico Terme (km.64).<\/p>\n
